Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Send a written request to risingrkc@rkcstudy.com
2. Provide your Board admit card copy, enrollment details, including course name and payment receipt.
3. Our team will review your request after seeing your Board Exams Results. After review refund will be credited to original payment method in 10 business days

The following situations are not eligible for a refund:

1. After passing: If the student has passed in Board Exams (Money Back Guarantee course) their fees will not be refunded
2. Technical issues: If the student experiences technical issues, we will work to resolve the issue
